Our Commitment to Guest Privacy and Payment Guidelines

At our salon, we place trust at the center of every client relationship. Because of this, when you request our services, we do not require a passport or any form of official ID. Instead, you simply provide your personal information directly in the service agreement, confirming with your signature that you have read and accepted our salon’s policies and the price list prior to your session.

Once your visit concludes and all charges are settled, the agreement document is promptly returned to you by our Administrator. We respect your privacy unconditionally—no copies of guest contracts are stored or retained. This ensures total discretion and protects your right to confidentiality throughout your entire experience with us.

Service Payment Policy

Clients are required to make payment for our services according to the timing and method detailed in our official price list, which is always clearly displayed at the Administrator’s desk in the salon’s main lobby. We highly recommend you review the pricing prior to booking any of our programs.

If you require further details about payment routines or the price of specific treatments, our Administrator is available to answer any of your questions or provide clarification at any point.

Initial payment is requested upon signing the service agreement. If your relaxation program extends beyond the prepaid time, your earlier payment serves as a deposit, and the final bill will reflect the actual time you spent enjoying our services. The possibility of using our services without a prior deposit is considered on a case-by-case basis at the Administrator’s discretion. If accepted, payment for the full amount of all services received must be completed at the end of your visit—calculated solely in cash.

If you wish to continue your session once your prepaid time has ended, any extension is payable immediately upon the Administrator’s request.

Should you have questions about the total cost of your program, our Administrator is able to issue an itemized invoice for your records and peace of mind.

Please note, gratuities for team members are always at the guest’s consideration and are entirely voluntary.
